Our guesthouse offers private rooms and apartments, at low prices for short and long-term stays. Our central location in Tonle Bassac, just a 10 minute walk from Independence Monument, next to BKK 1, Daun Penh, and just south of the Riverside neighborhoods is ideal for exploring the city. Yet the neighborhood of small streets, villas, and old wooden homes, has a special calming atmosphere compared to the growing capital city around us.

Unique stay in Phnom Penh that gives back
Your stay at our eco guesthouse supports worthwhile causes. Our facilities fund Seametrey Children’s Village – a Montessori-style school with a mission to supports education access for all. We operate an art gallery on our premises, with new exhibitions launched every few months. Through fundraisers and awareness-raising, we support the Animal Mama’s work with Phnom Penh’s street animals. Please contact us to find out more about any of these programs! We focus strongly on sustainability, including reducing single-use plastic at our restaurant and in our rooms, composting kitchen and yard waste, and separating other waste as much as we can.
Seametrey Children’s Village
Located on the shore of Tonle Bati lake on the border of Takeo and Kandal provinces, the school was founded in 2007 to provide accessible, quality education to all. Our guesthouse was founded by Svay Muoy and You Khin to support the operations of their school, and continues with its mission today.

Located only a 10 min walk from the very heart of the city – the Independence Monument – and a few blocks from St 308, a neighborhood of restaurants, and bars, including Bassac Lane. Our neighbors include Yoga Phnom Penh, Samai Rum Distillery, the pagoda Wat Svay Popey that is the home of Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University.
We’ve stayed here twice and the second time was in the classic apartment, which is insanely wonderful value for the money. It’s cozy, spacious and makes you feel at home.
