Please review our friendly policies to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Arrival & Departure
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please check out at the Front Desk.
• For a late check-out, please ask us in advance. A fee may apply.
• We are unable to refund early departures.

Your Room & Stay
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of noise.
• Visitors must register or depart by 8:00 PM.
• Housekeeping is available upon request between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please use your door sign.
• Staff may enter for cleaning, maintenance, or safety, but will always knock first.

Facilities & Dining
• Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served daily from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
• Enjoy our pool quietly. Children must be supervised; no lifeguard is on duty.
• We’re happy to assist with small print jobs at the Front Desk, just email [email protected] or send your file on Telegram Bongbonlaiyk

Key House Rules
• No cooking in guest rooms (except in units with kitchens).
• No indoor smoking. Smoking is allowed outdoors if it doesn’t disturb others. A $50 fee applies for smoking inside.
• Please do not flush anything “extra” including toilet paper. Use the bins provided.
• Pets are welcome! Please keep them on a leash in common areas.

General Information
• Parking for bikes/motorbikes is free at your own risk. Car parking is not available on-site.
• Rates are in USD. A card pre-authorization may be made at check-in.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
• Lost keys incur a $20 fee. Lost items are kept for 14 days.
